At the beginning of Linger we are thrown back in the world that Sam and Grace occupy, they are a seemingly happy couple, but what they don't seem to realize is that there is trouble lurking in the shadows just waiting to come for them. Halfway through the book, you're not exactly sure what the trouble is or when it's going to strike but when it does you can't help but hope for the best for Sam and Grace. By the end of Linger you're sitting on pins and needles worrying about the trials and tribulations that Sam has to deal with alone now . . . what's going to happen to Grace? What about Cole? Is Isabel going to ever be okay with Sam and Grace? There's so many things left unanswered and Maggie Stiefavter does a wonderful job of setting up the anticipation for the third book in the series Forever. Not too sure when it'll be released, but follow Maggie on twitter: @MStiefvater .
